1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, calling or texting us, or signing up for a bond with Z Bail Bonds ("Z Bail Bonds," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. What we do

Z Bail Bonds provides bail bond services in Hays, Guadalupe, Comal, Wilson, and Kendall Counties, Texas. This website gives information about our services and lets you contact us, fill out paperwork, check in, and make payments. Submitting a form does not guarantee that a bond will be approved or posted. The bond agreement you sign controls the bond itself, and if it conflicts with these terms, the bond agreement controls.

Prices depend on the type and amount of the bond. Bonds can be posted at our offices or online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to jail operating hours. Release usually happens 30 minutes to 1 hour after we receive payment and co-signer information, but it can take longer depending on how the jail operates. We cannot promise a release time.

3. Defendant and co-signer responsibilities

• The defendant must go to every court date and follow every condition of the bond, including any required check-ins.
• A co-signer agrees to pay any court fees incurred if the defendant fails to appear in court.
• If a defendant misses court, the bond can be forfeited and the people who signed for it can owe the full bond amount, plus the costs of locating and returning the defendant.
• You must keep your contact information up to date by calling or emailing us if your address, phone number, or email changes.

4. Payments, fees, and refunds

• Payment is due in full when the order is placed.
• A $25.00 non-refundable application fee is included in every bond premium.
• We accept debit cards, major credit cards, cash, cashier's checks, and money orders. A payment authorization form must be signed for credit card payments made over the phone.
• Once the jail has accepted a bond, no refunds are available. If a bond is not accepted, or you decide not to bond out before it is posted, return the bond to our office with your receipt and we will refund your payment minus the $25.00 application fee.
• Refunds go back in the form you paid with. Credit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to appear.

5. Information you give us

You agree that the information you give us, on our forms or otherwise, is true, accurate, and complete. Giving false information can lead to us refusing or revoking a bond and to legal consequences.

6. Text message terms

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Z Bail Bonds about your bond, such as check-in reminders, court date reminders, payment reminders and receipts, and bond status updates. We do not send marketing messages.

• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of getting a bond.
• Message frequency varies with your case. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (830) 406-2361 or zbailbonds@gmail.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Some parts of this site, such as forms, e-signature documents, and payments, are run by other companies. Their services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

8. Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to our services. Do not try to interfere with the site, access it without permission, or submit information about someone else without their consent. The text, design, and logos on this site belong to Z Bail Bonds, and you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

9. No legal advice

The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal advice. If you need legal advice about a charge or a case, please speak with a licensed attorney.

10. Limits on our liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Z Bail Bonds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, or from delays or outages outside our control, including jail processing times, court schedules, and problems with third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them is to be handled in the courts of Guadalupe County, Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
